The people behind this archive are obsessed with flared trousers for men. When done right, this shape can be flattering and elegant. Flared silhouettes can often be found in womenswear, but it seems like mens' customers are rarely offered the option. And when such trousers resurface for men, it is often through disco-themed associations that are arguably not for everyone.

Miu Miu collections showcased several flared silhouettes between 2001 and 2003. While the label's aesthetic was often retro-inspired, their flared trouser was thoroughly updated to create an effortlessly modern shape that feels youthful, relevant and totally wearable. Here at ENDYMA, we believe that Miu Miu produced some of the most elegant trousers for men ever. 

This pair from A/W 2003 is crafted from high-quality virgin wool flannel in a fine twill weave, a flowy and soft fabric with a tactile brushed finish. The shape consists of a well-shaped medium rise, semi-fitted thighs and a gentle flare below the knee. These proportions create an elongated silhouette that feels different without being too dramatic. The trousers also have a neat waistband without an extension and a single welt pocket on the back. The interior is beautifully finished with a lined front.
